Villager Breeding Bug

When breeding with the "new" villagers, they produce a brown robe villager (old skin) with no trades. They pretty much act like the nitwit villager.

Same happens when using a villager spawn egg on an adult villager.

 

This has been an issue since the release of these 1.14 snapshots
