Riptide enchnatment does not works properly underwater horizontaly when using depth strider

riptide enchantment is not working properly underwater when moving horizontaly while using depth strider boots it goes at the half of the distance when you are not wearing depth strider boots. it works normaly when flying in creative and rain(without flying or when playing survival) it affects to all levels from 1 to 3 of both enchantments
