Iron golems do not attack baby zombies and baby zombie villagers in 19w03c

Hello Mojang,

I was in a village when a baby zombie came along. I didn't feel like attacking it so I sent the Iron Golem after it. It did not attack the baby zombie. Please fix this bug, because that baby zombie got in my spawn point house.
