I cant download my realm world

HI Mojang when I try to download my realm world it says download failed can you help me.

Why does it say download fail and what does it mean? What can I do to fix it?

Please I need this fixed because I want to save my world and my realm has 13 more days please help me. tell me in my Email how to fix it please. :C
