Arrows from skeletons and illagers don't hit me anymore

Stop! This is not about arrows getting stuck in mid-air, it's resolved in this version.

But skeletons and illagers trying to hit me with an arrow are unable to do that. The arrow just gets through or around me. So I'm invincible to them.
