Side of wall bell texture is missing when next to certain blocks

The bug

When a wall bell is next to certain blocks, it causes the side of the bell's texture to go missing.

List of affected blocks:

• Bell (single_wall and floor)
• Daylight detector
• Fences
• Fence gates
• Piston head
• Redstone comparator
• Redstone repeater
• Slabs (bottom)
