Arrows getting stuck in the air

Well, I was testing the new snapshot 19w03b and I tried to use the bow and a bug appear. There's the same bug with the arrows of the skeletons too.
The problem is that the arrows doesn't reach far, they stay in the air. They only travel 3 blocks and then they stop in the air.
