Stone pressure plates only works for mob and not players[13w16a]

Im not sure if its only me but it happaned even if i open a new save.

*bug in Survival and in Creative aswell*

No matter what i had next to the stone pressure(Dispenser,redstone lamp,door...) plates it wont work when I'M walking on it,but when i do it with a horse or any other mob it works just fine.
