When a puffer fish shrink down, it will teleport itself to the side. If the puffer fish is in a 1*1 "bucket"(a water surrounded by four opened trapdoors) and shrink down, it will teleport itself out to the "bucket", and If the puffer fish is in a 1*1 puddles of water on the ground and shrink down, it will teleport into a block and Suffocated to death
