Zombie and Skeleton Daylight Fire Not Rendering

I was playing survival in the newest 19w03a snapshot, and I've noticed that when zombies(unsure if skeletons experience the same issue) will take damage in daylight, but the actual flame isn't rendering. I don't know if this is true in other versions, but I thought I should bring it up.
