Campfire smoke stays if campfire is destroyed

Steps for the bug:

(exiting the server and then coming back with fix it from continuing to produce smoke)

1. create a campfire with a haybale under it.
2. create a line of tnt going to the campfire and a loop of tnt around the campfire
3. light the tnt to explode
4. the smoke should continue to produce even though no campfire is there.
