Arrows collide to air

I have a tale of this: I wated to crossbow for pillagers, but I saw, that the arrow has collided into the air like there would be a block. I changed to survival to pillagers attack me, then after that there was a bunch of collided arrow in the air.

All type of arrows can confirme this bug
