Couple bugs from 19w02a Snapshot.

• Horse and Donkey that were tied to, the same, fence post were invisible when opening the world again, had to break fence post to make them reappear.
• The same horse and donkey respanwed after the chunk rendered after venturing out.
• Player hit noise won't emit when attacked or take any sort of damage.
• After sleeping, once it turns morning, I get kicked out the bed in a "still asleep" state. The Leave Bed button won't work, but makes a clicking sound. I have to restart the game to wake up,
• I can also place the bed with half of it not needing another block to support it, so half of it is floating.
