Mine cart will NOT roll over a certain block. Freezes at that block.

Since the new snapshot, I have 1 block ,(previously working) , that a Mine-cart on a track will not roll over.

It will work by going around , above, or below this block.

I have tried saving the game with this block air, water and tried placing the rail on several different blocks but this location is dead to mine-cart travel.
