Sticky piston stays powered with no redstone source

Sticky piston stays powered when no redstone touches it.

the idea was to make a button on my wall that turns off the redstone torch thus retracting the piston. but even after clearing out all the blocks around the piston looking for a redstone source i found none. thank you for the help.
