Shulker boxes lose their name after being broken

To reproduce bug:

1. Take a shulker box
2. Name shulker box unique name with anvil
3. Place shulker box in world
4. Break shulker box with a pick
5. Shulker box no longer has name, goes back to default name like "Cyan Shulker Box"
