Oak plank chunks near villages

several chunks with nothing but, 20 layers of oak plans, 2 of dirt and 1 of bedrock are being generated near villages as seen in the attached screenshots below, sometimes with village crops or houses, its also important to note that i was testing a flat world with these very same block settings (20 layers of oak plans, 2 of dirt and 1 of bedrock) about 2 days ago, but on 1.13.2 version of the game on another save/world, perhaps it has something to do with this glitch?
