Piston Does not detect Block Update

Basically, if you place a Block with activated Redstone on it Diagonally from a Sticky Piston

the Piston will be Activated until it Detects A Block being Placed next to It.I Broke everything around the Piston And It was still Activated.This is Very Annoying.Hope it gets fixed in 1.14 .
