Shooting a bow directly down when riding a horse has some issues.

When you are in creative mode riding a horse, and you shoot a bow directly down, the arrow will bounce off the ground and get lodged in the horse. Then, when you get off the horse, the arrows will realize they need to do something and do damage to the horse.
