Mine shaft generation in strange places

 

What I expected to happen was...:
Structure elements conditions don't work properly

What actually happened was...:
Elements from mine shafts appear in places where they should not.

As it is visible, the elements spawned trough blocks and at coordinates where they may not appear.

I am not sure if it is normal as other structures have some spawning rules working great.

EDIT: Coordinates can be seen on the screenshots and the seed is 7956798612691481320

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world with seed 7956798612691481320

2. Probably go at the coordinates on the screenshot
