A list of fixes for the village buildings. snapshots 18w50a

Over the last two to three weeks I have tested and prodded the village houses and town centers structures.  And I have made this list of stuff/blocks that can use some TLC. Note there may be some things I have listed that are the way it is for reasons I may not know but most in the list do need fixing.  If you need a map file. with the test, I can provide one. This is for the village and pillage snapshots 18w50a. I'm in no rush.
