The Minecraft world won't load further than a couple of chunks.

System: Windows 10 64 Bit
Java version: Version 8 Update 191

( Error: Cannot push to profiler if profiler tick hasn't started - missing startTick()? )
(I don't know if that has anything to do with my problem.)

I already reinstalled Minecraft.
I don't have any mods, texturepacks etc... it's completely vanilla.
