Armour does not display correctly when sneaking

Whenever you sneak in snapshot 18w50a(possibly earlier). The armor models don't move with the character. This is merely a minor visual bug, and isn't a big deal, as the armor still works like normal. I provided 2 screenshots so you can see what I mean.
