being killed during raid, game started to crash (singleplayer)

Being killed by axe-illager shortly after patrol leader (with banner) was killed (by me) started keeping game crashing. Respawning in bed in the same village (under the raid initiating). Two dogs helping me with village defense, but anytime I start game again, it crashes completely after several seconds. Tried to decrease viewing distance from 16 to 8, no effect yet.

Crash reports, game data too big to upload (75 MB ZIP).

(Playing on hardcore, spectator does not work after death, playerGameType changed from 3 to 0 with NBTExplorer, to be able to continue after death, but crashing.)
