Custom Heads Not Rendering properly

The custom heads are not rendering properly,the second layer is bugged

What I expected to happen was...:
It would work as normal

What actually happened was...:
the second layer is bugged out when i place it other than south

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get a custom head with a second layer
2.place it other than south
