Zombies catch fire when you're on fire.

When you catch fire via lava or flames mobs that do damage to you via contact 'should' catch fire too . This includes Zombies, Spiders, Phantoms, Slimes etc. If a zombie is on fire and contacts you you catch fire and not vice versa.
