Player is either on another team or not on any team.

I can join a multiplayer server, in the lobby all is fine. once I join survival or faction it crashes. It freezes and next thing I'm back at the multiplayer server list from minecraft.

Other servers work sometimes, just one that keeps crashing. Other players don't have the problem.
