Dropper Works Then It Doesn't Work

Hello, So recently i tried the 18w50a Update, i went to do some redstone creations, and i found a bug, the bug is that when i power the dropper it works then if i try to power it again it doesn't throw the item in it, so Mojang i hope you respond to me as fast as possible.
