Play on Mac and Crtl + Click (Which on Mac if not using mouse uses stuff) doe's not work

If on OS X, Minecraft version 1.6 Crtl + Click (forces right click system wide, 1.5 and earlier) It doe's not work. I go back to version 1.5 (to check if my button is jammed) and it does work.
