FPS spikes when moving in the world and standing

I am still getting these bad fps spikes in my worlds. The images just show that the game goes from 60fps, 0fps, 60 for a bit, huge lag spike, then 60fps again, and this is constant, but past versions I got around 60fps flat even when doing computer straining things like farms.
