Missing texture for carrot on a stick

When I pulled up carrot on a stick in the creative inventory menu, it displayed the "missing texture" icon. See the attached images.

Also, I know on the one with the debug screen showing that it says "1.13.1", but I tested it in 1.13.2 and it still displayed "missing texture".
