Is too slow to play game on older macs

I have 2015 MacBook Pro 13 inch with 8gb ram, and the games is great and playable, but as I test some other multitask stuff ( toughing TNT, Command block, /tp command or loading trunks etc..) is raging down my Macs and sometime the game crash. I think it will be better to focus to smoothing the games to older device owner such as this case. Minecraft Pocket elation is doing a great job as the loading trunks part and bring much more option to lots of different player.
