Villager Children Grow up Without a Profession

When villagers breed, all children use the old brown robe style. They then grow up into brown robe adults with no trades and none of the hallmarks of the new profession skins. They appear to "grow up" upon leaving and coming back. Screenshot shows one of these glitched adults with a normal adult in the background.
