execute Command not working?

As soon as I updated my world from 18w49a to 18w50a, my /execute command at these chords: -4 38 12 stopped working. I double checked everything, and even set the variable scoreboard to the set scoreboard, and it didn't work. here is the link to the world:

you can double check for yourself. I don't know what is accualy causing it to not work, but the command block is needs redstone and repeats.
