killing yourself or getting killed maked entities disappear

                     Hello Mojang,

       I was making a Minecraft map and I found this bug while I was programming an item frame that says "don't spin me" and it kills you if you do. But in texting when I respawned, the item frame (and all my items because I didn't have KeepInventory on) were gone! I had to kill myself again to find all the old entities. This happens more times in Superflats than regular worlds.
