Giants move way too fast

Ever since giants got the zombie AI, I've been seeing it catch up with villagers effortlessly. This was definitely not the case in Indev. Iron golems and illager beasts, on the other hand, which are also "heavy" mobs, move less than 1/5 of the speed of the giant.
