custom heads layers beside base

i was playing the snapshot 18w50a when i decided to get some custom heads in-game so i went over to https://minecraft-heads.com/ to get some heads and when i pasted the command in the command block and got the block and placed it the base layer was beside the overlay are you able to fix this
