Clicking doesn't work on items in inventory

When clicking on items in inventory, nothing will happen. Cannot craft, put items into containers, or get from creative block/item lists. Affects every game mode, started after the second update for the development build of the new launcher. Items can be moved manually if button is held for more than two seconds. Strangely, you can move between tabs in creative inventory. All other functions involving the mouse work as intended.
