Character Reset after save and quit but changes to world remain

I'm not sure the best way to explain what is happening besides this. I can build a excavate and collect materials all you want and that's fine. However once I leave the save and go back into it my inventory gets reset to a much earlier stage then where I was when I "Saved and Quit" and my character also gets moved to some position that I wasnt in when I left. I demonstrated what I mean in this video.

Here is my save hopefully this can get worked out. The last thing I did before I ran into this issue was mining underwater in a ravine. My islands coordinates are  X:793 Y:65 Z:27. Thank you
