Author is no longer written to and read from structure file

The bug

In previous versions (e.g. 1.12.2) structure blocks used to write the author to the created structure and read it when loading a structure.

In recent versions this is no longer the case, however the structure block entity still has an according tag.

How to reproduce

1. Save a structure
2. Inspect the NBT data of the structure file (file is saved in the generated folder of the world)
