Buttons sticking when teleporting with command blocks

Some buttons remain in the "on" position after teleporting using a command block. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a button right above a command block with a "tp" command, i.e. /tp @p x y z
2. Teleport to destination via pressing the button above command block.
3. Return to original location to check the status of the button.

*Button may or may not remain in the "on" position. Proper operation varied by location; however, majority of the buttons were experiencing this issue.
