camera and player seperation, including no ability to move - nether is buggy

when you exit the nether in survival mode, the camera and the player seem to seperate and you can not move. you can recreate it by leaving the nether and doing /teleport @a ~ ~ ~2 and you'll see yourself

i was shocked when i first saw it
