When you find one of the new villages in this version if the ground is not flat the village buildings float. in previous versions it would make a cobblestone foundation but for some reason in 18w48b it dosn't make a foundation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load a world
2. find/teleport to a New_Village
3. if the land isnt flat the village buildings float
