Minecraft New village generates in a weird way

When I created a new minecraft world I spawned next to the new village. I noticed that the village was generated in a very weird way. Water was floating and not flowing out, Land wasn't generated properly as parts of the village houses were floating in mid air. Please fix this bug. Hope this helps.
