Bug

I found a bug and because I am from Romania, the video is in Romanian and that chunks are missing and are torches at the spawn on a minecraft server. I can not enter on that chunks except for spectactore mode. I can push blocks in that area but I can not break them or place them there.
But if I use a sticky piston I can retract the block
