Freezes everytime i play.

My minecraft always freezes a couple minutes after loading into a world. The screen freezes but i can still hear the clicking noises if i interact with the menu while the screen is still frozen. The game never unfreezes or "crashes" it stays frozen until i close the window. This happens everytime i load into either a single player world or a multiplayer world.
