Game crash at startup (Light executor 1/ERROR)

Game crashed on day 2 at night, and now crashes at startup every attempt to load it, before players log in.  Attached latest.log.

Launched with `java -Xmx1536M -Xms1536M -jar server-18w48a.jar nogui --port 17235`.
