Locate vilage command doesn't work

/locate Village doesn't work. It doesn't find the nearest village. I was in a village, then /locate village teleported me to a different one.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new world with a village seed. I used "150841708"
2. Go to the village next to spawn and write /locate Village
3. Teleport to the found village. When you get there it will be a completely different village than the one you are in.
