Sometimes loyalty trident don't have enchanted effects

Today I open the game and play the trident with loyalty, then I find if I throw it, it wouldn't reture, I make sure the trident has been enchanted loyalty, but it didn't reture, It wouldn't happened yesterday, but today it happened since the menu background was changed from ocean to village

Alright, it won't happened when I rejoin the game, but I don't know if it happen again
