Weird Water Over Ruins

I found this off the side of a desert the structure was in the ground slightly and the water was generated like this. The seed is 2543267916460165520 default world just use /locate Village at spawn and go of to the shore and you will spot it i don't know what happened if PlZ TRY SEED if it for some reason doesn't happen plz notify me
